Correct answer C. The angels’ love, just like that of their employer, God, is completely unconditional. There is absolutely no need to EARN their love. It is enough that you are exactly who you are—a person with your own unique DNA and purpose in life. Just imagine: there is no one exactly like YOU anywhere else in the entire universe! God has given you the gift of life in a human body.

In the eyes of God and the angels, we are ALWAYS perfect and perfectly loved. They know that, in every situation, we do the best we can from OUR OWN INDIVIDUAL STARTING POINT. We are equally loved whether we eat chocolate by the kilo or limit ourselves to a mere 100 grams a day—is that even possible? We are equally loved whether we are high-flying career types bedecked with diplomas, flower-powered connoisseurs of the laid-back life or something in between.

It can be really difficult to understand that such unconditional love exists, but… that’s simply how it is!

OF COURSE, God and the angels hope that along our journey through life, we will discover divine joy, peace, love and compassion within ourselves. But that is our INNER journey. In the eyes of God and the angels, EVERYONE is equally valuable, regardless of their circumstances, skin colour, “official religious box” or place of birth. And in God’s eyes, each of us has an equally valuable purpose here.

Correct answer C. It is easy to think that we are only “entitled” to turn to God and the angels for help when something REALLY serious has happened. We may also imagine that asking for help requires some kind of special preparation or a visit to a particular place. But not at all! God knows that our most important task here is to live our everyday lives. Naturally, He and His angels want to be present and help us with those lives—not hide away in some ivory tower.

That is precisely why God has given the angels permission to help EACH AND EVERY ONE of us in every situation. We can happily turn to them while writing a grocery list, paying bills, shopping, dealing with car trouble, raising children, nursing a broken heart and so on and so on. In fact, there is NO situation in which we cannot ask for help—or for which a solution cannot be found. Even though, from our human perspective, it may sometimes look VERY different!

The more smoothly we navigate EVERYTHING that life brings our way, the more brightly we can radiate our own divine light into the world around us. And naturally, that gives all of Heaven something to celebrate!

Correct answer B. The angels’ absolute number one task is to help us humans in every possible way. That is why God created them so wonderfully: they are ALWAYS standing by, ready to receive our prayers and requests. There is nothing an angel dislikes more than having to sit around twiddling their wings when they could be helping the lovely person entrusted to their care.

Considering how challenging human life can be, I think that is a pretty fair arrangement. What really would be surprising is if our Creator had sent us here completely without His heavenly support team. Fortunately, that is definitely not the case!

And when we turn to the mighty Archangels, we never need to worry that they might have something supposedly more important to do elsewhere. You see, angels can be in many places at the same time! Isn’t that an UNBELIEVABLY brilliant system?

Correct answer B. Believing in angels does not mean that we worship them. Every angel of light is sent by God—the same God who created us all. ALL honour and glory belong to the God who created every one of us. The angels also praise God, and all angels of light work under His guidance. When you think about it, it is perfectly natural for God to have angels as His helpers—just as a president has an entire administration working alongside them.

Believing in angels does not mean that we must join some “official angel sect” or be forced to say goodbye to our own established religion. Under God’s guidance, the angels help EVERYONE. It makes no difference to them whether you are Christian, atheist or Hindu. They sincerely hope only that you will find your way home—to joy, peace and love.

God would never judge us for seeking the light in different ways, especially as He has given us free will along with our unique DNA. So perhaps we humans have no reason to judge one another either?

Heaven, where we all come from and where we will all return, contains ONLY light and love. There, too, the angels work together in harmony under God’s guidance with the ascended masters of light from different spiritual traditions, such as Jesus and Buddha. They all help us humans—if that is what we choose.

There is therefore no contradiction in turning to both Jesus and our own angels in prayer. Jesus and the angels are messengers of divine light and love.

Correct answer B. The angels cannot simply remove the lessons we have come to learn during this human lifetime. Those lessons often appear as recurring setbacks—or sometimes as one enormous, one-off blow. If the angels removed them, they would actually be doing us a disservice, because learning is precisely why we are here. After all, no one is born a master!

However, neither God nor the angels want us to become STUCK in the grief, pain, distress or disappointment we encounter. They want to help us understand how our difficulties may ultimately become blessings in our lives. A blessing might appear as the realisation that it is time to change careers, a new and more compassionate way of relating to ourselves and others or a deeper appreciation for the gift of life.

The angels are also more than happy to help us through the challenging process of forgiveness—for example, while we are recovering from a difficult relationship. From the angels’ perspective, we certainly do not have to APPROVE of actions that have hurt us. But they support us in every possible way as we learn to forgive, within our hearts, those who have caused us pain.

Along our career paths, the angels spread their wings wide in support of everything that matches our unique qualities and allows us to shine with the divine light hidden within EVERY one of us.

Correct answer C. In addition to helping us move forward in very practical ways, the angels can—if we wish—help us recognise the divine light and love within everything and everyone. And that is truly WONDERFUL!

We do not have to understand it all at once. The realisation can come gradually, in little flashes, revealing more and more over time.

The more we see and trust that everything here has a divine origin and is rooted in love—even when that love is partly “in disguise”—the more peacefully we can live. Because God is ALWAYS present, everywhere, every one of us is truly safe at all times and in every moment.

Correct answer A. We have been given the gift of life specifically as HUMAN BEINGS on this incredibly beautiful Earth. Naturally, God and the angels want us to enjoy all the gifts and pleasures life has to offer: spending time together, relationships, beauty, music, food, dancing, nature and so much more—while also reaching for our dreams.

God has not placed a quota on anyone’s “personal happiness.” After all, abundance and love are not limited anywhere in the Universe! He hopes that we can live the fullest life possible—a life that reflects our dreams and makes OUR OWN hearts sing in every area, including our work, relationships and finances.

In the eyes of Heaven, we do not—and we most certainly DO NOT—earn any kind of “bonus points towards Heaven” by suffering. Life can sometimes be deeply, deeply painful, but living in pain, suffering and fear is not the purpose. Quite the opposite!

And no matter how spiritually “aware” we may become, we are not meant to spend our days floating somewhere in the clouds. Our task—and our gift—is to be human, with all the emotional storms that entails. We are therefore naturally meant to live fully as human beings.

Correct answer C. The angels’ ability to help us is directly related to:

1. How often we remember to ask them for help. Well, that one is common sense, isn’t it?

2. How well we recognise the answers we receive to our prayers. Now, this already requires a little more attentiveness…

3. How strongly we believe that certain invisible, winged characters who love us beyond measure are ACTUALLY helping us. Ha! Now it’s starting to become a little more challenging…

4. How well we can TRULY place our worries in Heaven’s hands, step aside for a moment and allow help to arrive. Oh dear—we would much rather cling to our worries with both hands, wouldn’t we?

5. How well we can quieten our lives so that we can hear our angels’ guidance as clearly as possible.

Number one is pretty easy. At first, it may feel rather silly to keep chatting away to invisible friends—especially in public! Little by little, however, you get used to it, and it begins to feel like a completely natural part of life.

Number two already requires a little more awareness, because angels communicate in all sorts of different ways. We will return to that in question 9.

Number three works like a dream whenever the answer to a prayer arrives quickly and clearly. But what happens when answers and results do not appear straight away, your thoughts become thoroughly scrambled and even your faith begins to wobble?

There is ABSOLUTELY no need to feel ashamed. It is all part of the process—and the angels understand that! During the low points, it helps to ask the angels to strengthen your faith and to practise focusing on positive hopes and dreams instead of fears and frightening scenarios.

Letting go of our worries is a whole art form in itself. What makes it especially challenging is that we sometimes imagine there is something almost “noble” about being worried. But there isn’t.

The less we worry, the more energy we free for everything positive—and the easier it becomes for Heaven to help us. We do not always need to know HOW the outcome we hope for will be achieved. Sometimes we simply need to give the heavenly team room to work.

And when we receive clear guidance that it is time for us to take practical action towards our dream, then it is time to roll up our sleeves and get moving. The angels think teamwork is absolutely brilliant too!

Hearing the angels’ messages can feel particularly difficult during stressful periods, even though those are precisely the times when we need their guidance the most. But there is a remedy for this as well.

No matter how much commotion is going on around us—or inside our heads—all we need to do is allow ourselves a moment of silence and regain our calm, perhaps in nature. And then, simply listen.

Correct answer B. Every human being is unique—and I never cease to be amazed that God has created each one of us as a true one of a kind! This also means that we sense the angels around us in our own individual ways.

Some people have been given the gift of seeing angels as actual beings of light. Others simply “know” that they are present, while someone else may find feathers.

An angel may even “dress up” as a person or a newspaper. A friend may say—or you may read—exactly what you need to hear about something for which you have asked Heaven for help.

It is true that angels can be easier to see and experience during childhood, when their presence in our lives often feels stronger. Children tend to regard angels as completely natural. As adults, after the cold world has “toughened us up”, it may take a little more practice to open ourselves to their presence.

AND ONE GENTLE REMINDER: Not constantly feeling the angels—for example, as a physical sensation—does NOT mean that they are not ALWAYS AND EVERYWHERE present, surrounding us with their wonderful and completely accepting love.

This, too, can be very difficult to BELIEVE—but it is true!

All answers are correct. To recap: our Guardian Angels are constantly standing by, ready to help us in every possible way. They hear every one of our prayers, and every prayer is attended to. If our own angels cannot help us themselves, they may pass our request on to the Archangels.

We may not always receive exactly what we asked for—at least not right away. And when that happens, there is a reason: what we requested was not for our highest good in that particular situation.

Our own attitude matters too. If we sink into negativity and belittle our dreams, how can Heaven help us if WE OURSELVES DO NOT BELIEVE THAT WE DESERVE the very best?

And above everything else is always God’s will. We may not always understand it—and perhaps we are not meant to—but ultimately it is ALWAYS for our good. It becomes a blessing along the path towards the dreams that only we can define for ourselves.
